Ergonomic Safety


We are an authorized distributor and sales representative for Gorbel and Spanco ergonomic work stations systems. We can help you design and install a system that will satisfy your ergonomic safety needs. We can also provide vac air hoists, electric hoists, and even Gorbel's NEW 'G-FORCE' for ergonomic safety systems.

 

Repairs to equipment of any manufacturer:


Covers a vast area, from simple hoist & crane repairs to designing & building complete control systems. We are an "Authorized Warranty Repair Station" for the following manufacturers:

Lift-All, Columbus McKinnon, Robbins & Myers, Yale, Inc., Harrington Hoists, Jet Hoists, KCI KoneCranes,.

We also repair & stock frequently used parts for other brands of hoists such as Budgit, Acco/Wright, Demag, Lift Tech, Aceco, P&H, and Shepard Niles.

Hoists we stock for fast delivery: Harrington, C&M, Robbins & Myers.

 

Controllers:


We provide radio, infrared and inverter controls in several different manufacturers.

 

Installation & Start-Up:


We have experience with and can prevent many of the problems associated with new hoist/crane installations & start ups.

 

Load Testing:


We have portable weights for up to 12,000 pounds. We can load test hoists up to 5 ton capacity, we also have the capability to do larger capacity cranes.

 

Scheduled Preventative (OSHA compliance) Maintenance:


Our program is designed to prevent costly downtime by eliminating potential problems which eventually cause breakdowns and resultant downtime. Our program is geared to comply with the OSHA requirements for documented periodic inspections, but covers a much larger scope. We provide you with a documented survey to determine if the basic requirements of Section 1910.179 of the federal register are met. We also list items which require action and provide a quote to rectify any problems that are discovered. We keep all the information on repairs completed or that need completed on paper copies in our office, and also in our computers on an annual basis. We keep detailed on all your equipment in those files to hasten any emergency breakdown repairs you may need.

 

Electrification and Festooning Systems:


We can provide and install any size or manufacturer's electrification and festooning systems. Manufacturers we stock - Wampfler (Howell), Duct-o-Wire, & Insul-8.

 

In addition:

We have the capability to reline any and all brake shoes.
We magnaflux hoist hooks.
We stock push button controls and replacement parts.
We stock a wide variety of replacement parts, as well as complete units for the following manufacturers:

  • Hubbell
  • Square D
  • Electromotive
  • Telemechanique
  • Duct-o-Wire

We own & maintain a fleet of 6 vans and 4 pick up trucks. Vans can be dispatched by cell phone to job sites and each van carries stock replacement parts that are normally used in a breakdown situation.
